A wholly owned subsiduary of Blulen Pty Ltd, the Australian holding company of Qualsure Consultants, Blulen (NZ) was established in 2005 to hold telepermits for Qualsure Consultants customers. Since then our services have expanded to include radio communication compliance folders and supplier declarations for medium risk electrical equipment.

All invoices are being issued by our Australian parent company Blulen Pty Ltd and all monies should be paid into the account listed on the invoices.
